Material and durability

Aviation-grade 6061-T5 aluminum alloy, combining lightness with high strength (yield strength ≥ 160MPa), with an upper load-bearing limit of over 15kg, suitable for 17-32-inch monitors.

The main body of the bracket is anodized, and its corrosion resistance reaches 1000 hours of salt spray test without rust, the surface hardness is HV400, and it is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. The innovative multi-axis linkage structure supports ±180° horizontal rotation, 90° vertical flip and 650mm lifting stroke, meeting ergonomic adjustment in all scenarios. The original sandwich design is compatible with table tops of 5-80mm thickness, and can be installed without punching. The patented 10-second quick-release technology improves efficiency by 30%.

After 100,000 mechanical cycle tests, 7-level earthquake resistance verification and -20℃~60℃ temperature difference challenges, the warranty period has been extended to 10 years and the return rate is less than 0.5%. Each product undergoes 100% functionality and durability testing. Individual items are sampled for round-robin testing.

The arm is tested to 10,000 cycles of maximum movement, equivalent to three times a day for ten years of use.

Maximum load-bearing capacity test: The equipment needs to run continuously for 200 hours under the nominal maximum load (such as 13.6kg for LX series)

Requirements after the test: The lifting mechanism has no jamming, and the damping system attenuation is less than 10%
