Our materials and workmanship are based on the concept of quality.

We use 6061-T5 aviation aluminum and make it by CNC cutting. Compared with various ordinary metal or aluminum products on the market, it can achieve higher strength and last longer.

We also use a surface treatment process similar to that of MacbookPro, which has a better texture and can be used for a longer period of time without wear and tear.

Our products will not sink or shake after long-term use. Some of our customers still have products from more than ten years ago, which are still very stable, and customers still place orders from time to time based on their needs.

The lower-priced running products on the market are mostly made of plastic and ordinary steel, with low load-bearing specifications, rough surface treatment and poor durability. Customers should understand the situation clearly based on their own requirements before deciding to buy.

We don't want you to buy a product that you are not satisfied with, we want you to love Monstand products.

You can tell us your needs in detail and we will check whether it is suitable for you.

If our products are not suitable for your usage scenario, we will let you know frankly.

Monstand provides 14 days no-reason return and exchange service.

If it is not a quality issue, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost.

In some cases, we can provide on-site support. If it is confirmed that it is not a quality issue, we can also send it back to the factory on behalf of the customer.

Not applicable to outlying islands and remote areas.

Each Monstand model is set with a load-bearing capacity of more than 15kg, leaving enough safety margin to ensure that it can easily handle most monitors under 27 inches on the market and achieve the best usage effect and life.

Our products use the VESA mounting screw hole spacing specification that is supported by the back of most current monitors.
